I all ready connected my naviance and common app accounts. Will it get screwed up when it all resets?

I don’t think so. When the common app resets all information of previous accounts is erased. So I would assume you would be able to use the same email on your naviance to set up your account and both would be linked. You’d probably have to link it again on the naviance site. Your school can also help you on this.
