Did not receive the Alumni Scholarship email invite?

I was wondering if not receiving the email about the alumni scholarship is a bad indication for my chances at UCLA. I am a Californian resident with a 4.26 uncapped UC GPA, 4.18 capped UC GPA, 3.83 unweighted GPA, and a 2330 SAT, so I thought I had a pretty good chance at UCLA. I’ve seen some people receive the email with much lower scores than mine, so I am a bit puzzled as to why I did not receive the email, and was wondering whether not receiving the email means anything.

@eth0up‌ Yes, I searched my whole inbox for UCLA, and am sure I did not receive the email.
