Did you complete the UC general education requirements?

I attended a UC for the fall quarter and am currently attending a CCC. I’m filling out my Transfer Academic Update right now and I have both the questions “Prior to transfer, will you be certified for completion of the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC)?” AND “Did you complete the UC general education requirements?”

I will have completed the IGETC by the end of spring, but do I put yes or no for the UC general education requirements?

I know this is too late, but you should put ‘yes.’ As long as your classes are done by the spring they count and you will have finished the IGETC.

Hi!!! Were you able to do IGETC even though you started at a UC?

“If you have completed IGETC, then you have completed the UC general education requirements.” - an admissions officer at Berkeley who I talked to.
