Ive been skimming through the threads and seems like midyear transcripts were required. They never asked for mine and I didn't realize to send them in...bad sign? Worried I got dumped into the reject pile. Thanks!

send it now!

does your high school send the automatically. I know mine does so you might not have to worry.

Um! Uh oh! I made the same mistake as conjeniality! The bad thing is I don't know if I should send my midterm report now, because I e-mailed admissions asking them if I can mail them an article covering a model u.n. conference I organized for over 600 students and they told me that they are making final decisions at this time and they don't want any additional information from prospective students. Should I still send in my midyear? Do they reject people if you don't send them in? I specifically looked up on common app and it didn't say that the midyear report was required, uhhhhh this sucks! I really hope they don't reject me because of an honest mistake, I thought they didn't need it! I'd appreciate it if someone can tell me what's the deal w/midyear reports?

so i'm freaking out a bit too now, because i applied to 11 schools and i can't quite remember if i got the midyear in... uh oh. what do i do?

haha darnit... well im assuming that if your grades aren't much different, then you will be okay and they won't reject you solely because you didn't send in midyear grades. maybe if they were super interested in our change they'd ask for it from us...but i duno! yikes!

DO NOT WORRY HAHA I never sent mine and I got in. If they want it they will inform you. If you're on the fence then they will request it, if you're a clear shot in or to rejection they won't. Hope that helped. Good Luck!

yeah, good point. thanks eric!
