I took Calculus AB, and thought that if I passed it that I wouldn't have to take the Math Test. To make sure, I called the placement testing center and asked them I that was okay. They said that's fine and if I didn't pass that I would have to take a make up exam, and that I wouldn't be able to sign up for my math class at orientation. Well, I got my scores, and I didn't pass. I called them again to make sure, and they said I would take the exam at orientation. But everywhere on the orientation website, it says take the exam PRIOR to coming. So what am I supposed to do?

You can take it at orientation but you will be missing out on the most fun part of the orientation as well :(

lol that’s fine with me, I don’t really care.

The playfair isn’t exactly “fun”, it gets really tiring after a while. You won’t be missing out on much

Yes, you can always take the exam during orientation. You will be able to even sign up for classes the next day. I highly recommend you take the practice exam, learn how to do every single problem on there! This will determine what classes you will be able to take in the fall if you are in CNAS, if you completely bomb this exam you can even be a year beyond in terms of taking your science classes. This exam must be taken very seriously!

I second that

All in favor say aye…

“aye”
the motion passes

anyways
yeah, I can see how a few questions wrong can make a big difference
