For my UCLA financial aid info, i initially put off campus on my fafsa but i will actually be commuting. I just received my efan and it also says im off campus. So should i go ahead and change it to commuter or leave it as off campus? Is there a difference in the amount of money i will receive if i change it to commuter?

since your commuting to campus im sure you will be living off campus bro. if you arent staying in a dorm at ucla im sure you wont be considered to be a commuter.

I understand, but there are three options.

A) On campus- which means dorms
B) Off campus- which means fraternities, sororities, and apartments
C) Commuter- living with family at home

So there is a difference between off campus and commuter

Did you decide where you will be staying while attending UCLA? IF you’re going to live in your home somewhere in LA then you’ll commute, and so on

The stupidity of Ryan2136 is ridiculous. She is asking if she would make more or less money on her financial grants if she says she is living off-campus rather than a commuter. She already knows that she is a commuter.

Did you really make a new account just to post something meaningless like that in a topic that is almost 3 years old?
