So I was denied to ncsu for computer science(wanted a minor in stats) since I was unaware of the chemistry requirement because I didn’t know that my family was about to move to NC. Anyways, ncsu might reconsider my transfer application for a major in stats and minor in computer science if I have a compelling reason. After recently completing some undergraduate research in machine learning at Clemson this semester, I really think combining statistics with computer science is for me. I have already taken up to statistical methods 2 so I would be a sophomore in the program. I have 55 credits with a 4. (Calc 1/2, CS 101/102, PHYSICS 1/2 with calculus). What do guys think about my situation and the likelihood for success in my challenge?
