I was recently admitted last week to Cockrell for Aerospace Engineering. I was wondering how difficult Cockrell really is and how much time I will be dedicating to classes to achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher? Or tbh, is a 3.5 even doable. I have heard the average graduating GPA for those at Cockrell is like a 3.05 :o
@vs1997 okay lets put it this way , GPA matters at UT engineering but not as much as it did in high school , some classes you’ll get A’s in and others maybe even C’s but engineering all that matters is that you get into the program and stay in , and if your GPA is around a 3.0 or above , id make a bet that you’ll get job out of college for the most part
