<p>I'm looking in the 300ish price range for a digital camera. I was thinking about one of the massive zoom ones (nikon s10), but think i'd rather look in the smaller cameras. I had a coolpix p2, but it died. I got a full refund, which is basically where the budget comes from. I'm looking for something that'll be at least as good or a minor upgrade in everything. Thoughts? Nice video or zoom would definitly be a plus.</p>
<p>I'm not trying to hijack this thread (sorry!) but I also have a quick camera question: is it possible to replace the screen on a camera? Because someone broke mine, and while the actual camera still works, the playback/preview window is completely cracked and rainbow colored!</p>

<p>(By the way, my camera is great- it's the Canon PowerShot SD450. It has pretty good zoom, I think, but I'm no photographer =) I'm also not sure about the price range- I got it as a Christmas present).</p>
