Dilemma

Im extremly excited about getting into some top notch colleges. The only problem however is my parents make around 200k combined and are financially strapped @ the moment. I have a younger brother and a sister who are going to need some of that money for college and I don't want to break the bank so they can't go to a top notch school.

I applied to 10 schools in total and here are the results:
University of Vermont: Accepted Honors Program
University of Delaware: Accept Honors Program
Rutgers University: Accepted to Pharmacy Program (#2 school for pharmacy in nation)
Syracuse University: Accepted Honors Program
University of Virginia:Accepted
Boston College: Accepted
John Hopkins University: Accepted
Georgetown University: Wait Listed (was my #1)
University of Michigan: Awaiting Reply
Univerisity of Pennsylvania: Accepted

I live in NJ so Rutgers would be the cheapest option and would provide be with one of the best schools for pharmacy in the nation. I don't want to be known as the kid who turned down the Ivy League Education, but I just don't have the funds to go to any of these great colleges. My parents make too much money so I get basically nothing in terms of aid. Idk what to do I feel like crying I would love going to any of the top notch colleges but it just doesnt make sense...

Go to RU just like any upper middle class to rich kid (whose parents have a lot of expenses) does. RU pharmacy is a great school anyway, and from what I've heard, pharm. employers aren't too picky about what school you're coming from these days.

Congrats on getting accepted to all those schools though. You'll definitely fit in at RU Pharm.

who cares about what other people think

I got into Columbia Engineering and it's really a pain in the ass hearing, "Why Rutgers Pharmacy?" But it's my life, not theirs.

Go to Rutgers you are a lucky person I wish I had your dilemma.
