which one would u say is the best one if somone was to eat say 2 meals a day and lots of snacks lol

They all provide the same number of meals once everything is said and done. They're just different combinations of spending money and assigned cafeteria meals. The cafeteria meals work out to be cheaper than Boston food, so if you have classes near your dorm, you'll probably want to have plenty of meals. If you are a free spirit, you may prefer to have more points (spending money).

I chose the 14 + plan for the following reasons:
- I intend to room near my classes
So, I'll be able to use meals for lunches without any hassle
- I almost always eat 3 square meals a day
So, I won't be forced to spend my spare meals while friends go out
- I like the community environment of cafeterias

If you usually eat only 2 meals a day, I'd suggest the 9+ plan, which has plenty of points left over for snack stops at the GSU. I shy away from the plans with whole semester allowances. A friend of mine ran out of meals a week early due to poor planning. Other students he knows were left paying for much more than they actually ate.
