Disciplinary Action?

<p>My school has a portal for checking grades and absences and stuff and today I just found out that they have an "offender" on my list.
What happened was I had my phone out (but was not using it), my teacher saw it, asked me if it was a phone.
I said no, was about to put it back in my backpack, and the teacher made me call my parents for lying</p>

<p>Do I have to report this on the common app? I feel like it would be pretty stupid to do so, but the school has my record...</p>

<p>I would ask your counselor if that goes on your transcript. If it doesn’t, then no need to report it. If it does, then you might want to leave a little note about it in the additional information section.</p>

<p>Well my school sends transcripts from a website called Parchment and when I viewed my transcript, it wasnt there.
Would colleges ask counselors to report it also?</p>
