Does anyone know what is the distribution of students based on Major in Wharton school?
Based on known facts, wondering how many students are in each major?
Not a good question to ask in terms of %age because a lot of people double- and triple-concentrate.
No fewer than half of Wharton last year did finance, if I remember correctly from graduation. The true number if even higher—most people double or triple concentrate. I did FNCE and STAT, but I chose to walk for STAT at graduation just to be a bit different. MKTG and MGMT are also big.
wharton has concentrations, not majors. I am not sure if this data is available somewhere, but without the slightest doubt the most popular concentration by a long mile is finance.
