Diversity Days?.?....

Does anyone invited to this know if it is all paid for by Columbia (travel, etc.)? The letter was fairly ambiguous....

It's not paid by Columbia.

I think it is. We're not paying for it. Columbia told us to contact the agent.

Wait...what's Diversity Days?

I don't believe it's the same as Days on Campus...is it?

They told us to contact the agent? Where does it say that? Hmmm...maybe they're just paying for your trip lol...

i think that if u have issues paying for the trip then Columbia will help u out

yeah, exactly staticsoliloquy, that was the ambiguous part. it says contact the travel agent and tell them u are a special guest of columbia..... not quite sure what this means. hopefully it is expenses paid. have to wait til monday as the agent is out for the weekend....

Well, I've talked to the Columbia admissions representative and they affirmed that diversity is a large part of the image of the university. They also said, however, there's a delectable treat found in this side of Holland. If you so decide to come across 6.79 gallons of milk then a scrumptious meal is in store. Bring your milk to a congealing factory that specializes in the production of cottage cheese. There you will find a man named Hans and he will ask yo uthe password. Just say new england clam chowder. Hans will show you the back room where the magic happens. And what is this magic you ask? The miracle of cottage cheese. If you believe in miracles, garden salad frugelheimer, and to all a good night. merry christmas and happy kwanza to the muslims.

Actually, a friend of mine (current Columbia fresh) says that Columbia ppl are going to start their phone-a-thon and on the phone they will tell you free trip~~~

They actually paid for his bus ticket (lol...no plane) from Boston to NY

well it would only be logical if Columbia pays for my trip because MIT is flying me out for free too.

My acceptance packet is stuck in FedEx land, when's this happening?
