You know what's funny? I was never invited to the perspectives on diversity formally. I just called and asked and they said that it was okay for me to join that group. Also, they are funding my traveling expenses.

i got a little postcard thing inside of my acceptance folder

whoaaa.....robotfood....how'd you get them to fund your travel expenses?

this is the email i got when i asked about it.

Sorry to hear... I have MUCH more financial need that you though... EFC is nearly 0. Anyway, I hope to see many of you at the program this weekend :)

This is very true. Days on Campus is often the first time kiddies get drunk... or, um, "experiment."

really? what kind? i only drink wine and sort of scotch from my dad's drawers. Also how crazy does it get? i'm a little calm type of person so i don't really fit in with crazy unless i guess i get extremely drunk.

What kind? Illegal substances... you can figure it out. If you can't, then that's probably a good thing.

Like anything else at Columbia, there's something for everyone. Some people go wild, but others go to pizza joints and chat. Nobody's forcing you to do anything.

It doesn't get that crazy. Sunday night. Especially right now when Columbia kids have SOOO much work to do. I think I'm going to host Days on Campus coming up.

Nooooooooooooobody at Columbia drinks on a Sunday night or in April --- riiiiiiight!
