Do a lot of colleges look at all sat 1 scores? Or just the best ones?

I have always heard that a lot of colleges just look at the highest sat 1 score.
However, recently, I saw many colleges that require all SAT 1 scores... I am concerned about this because my sat 1 scores aren't that great so far :/ and I am planning to reach my full potential during fall and score high.
Would the low scores that I got when I first took it affect my admission greatly?

I think many schools require you to send in all your scores but only look at your highest ones. You can’t change your prior scores at this point so why worry? Just do great in the fall.

The schools that require all tests be sent tend to be the most selective (Stanford, etc). The vast majority of colleges will just take a score select from College Board or pick your top scores.

The reason they want to see all scores is not to ding you for lesser performance earlier. They want to see you’re not a test-taking robot – maniacally pushing for that +2300 SAT after your fifth or sixth sitting.
