Do AP credits satisfy the 60 credit Transfer requirement at UCLA?

<p>I'm currently a senior in high school, and I plan to go to a city college and then transfer to UCLA. I have about 40 credits from various AP courses, and I'm also taking a night class at the CC.
Since you need 60 credits to transfer, do my credits from the AP courses contribute to these requirements? Or do these need to be from actual college classes? With these, is it possible to transfer after Spring 2013?</p>
