Do ap scores meet breadth requirements?

I am not entirely sure what I ultimately want to major in. I got a 4 in ap euro and was wondering if that meets my history breadth requirement. I'm thinking I might go for haas or pre-law (which requires a European history course). Im deciding right now between taking math 16a or history 162a. What do you think? Thanks!

According to this site [Office of Undergraduate Advising: 7 Course Breadth](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/7breadth.html)

“Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exams can not be used to fulfill breadth requirements. An exception is the GCE (General Certificate of Education) exams. A score of A, B or C on the Advanced level Chemistry or Physics exams will satisfy the Physical Science breadth requirement.”

Neither L&S nor Business accepts AP scores for the 7-course breadth requirement, if that is what you are asking.

When did law schools require a European history course?
