Do Colleges Consider Regents Exams?

<p>They're on my transcript. I mean they're averaged into the 2nd semester grade. </p>

<p>Also, Regents exams are so easy. I mean even at our school when the honors students are forced to take the Regents exam in the corresponding Regents course, I mean I don't think top schools would care. They are just so easy. </p>

<p>I mean if they don't care much about AP exam scores, which the exam is hard, I mean why care about such an easy exam, unless you do poorly on it.</p>

<p>This matters in NY state, because whether or not you do well enough on these exams to graduate HS with a Regents Diploma can mean whether or not you are admissible to different programs in the public university system.</p>

<p>Stop worrying about whether they are “easy” or “hard” and just do your best on them.</p>

<p>All schools will care about them since they are averaged into your grades. And if they are easy it shouldn’t be a problem to do well.</p>
