<p>I'm just curious, and kind of proving a point to the parentals: is there another form that teachers have to fill out that's specific to colleges that's ADDITIONAL to the one provided in the common app?
The schools I've looked at have only asked for the common application in addition to their writing supplement.

<p>I don’t believe so, not if they are common app schools. Maybe schools that are not common app schools have a different form but I imagine they would accept the common app teacher rec instead. </p>
<p>Some schools will accept more recs than the basic 2 so you could ask additional teachers for recs to go to those schools.</p>
<p>Each school has different supplements or no supplement, that’s where you have to be careful.</p>
