So, my school doesn't officially report marking period or semester grades, in fact, they don't even record percentages for marking period grades. My school is completely letter grade based, and they just take your average letter grade for each course and put them on your transcript. Would a college dig for a semester grade, or specific percentages? So far, I have 4.0 UW GPA, based on my yearly GPAs. But I did get two Bs last year, both in APEH, in the second and fourth marking periods. I got As the 1st and 3rd marking periods, and an A on the final, so my grade averaged out to be an A for the year. I'm worried that it could have some sort of negative effect on my applications if colleges somehow recalculated my GPA. :(

1st/3rd quarters don’t count. they check 2nd/4th (1st and 2n sem respectively)

Yeah, but how would they know if it’s not recorded on my transcript? Would they contact my school and have them dig up and send the hidden files? I mean, they were pretty high Bs (not sure exactly what % since it’s not on my report card), but I’m still concerned. :/
