I plan on going (with a lot of studying) from a 178 on the PSAT and a 1970 on the SAT to a 2300+. I'm curious, will colleges be suspicious of cheating? It's not something I'm too worried about, I'm just interested.

Colleges won’t even know your PSAT score and won’t know your lower SAT score unless you send it. Either way, they will not suspect cheating, so just do as well as you can.

I wouldn’t be, people have bad days or just freak out sometimes. I think they superscore and don’t look back,

I have nearly the exact same scenario as you.
Will the CollegeBoard suspect you of cheating?

Generally not. They might accuse you if someone in the same room had the same score and your answers matched.
