Do "Extra" SAT IIs Do Anything?

I've taken the SATs and I did very well on them, and I have taken four different SAT Subject Tests over my three years in high school. These are my results:
Freshman year: Biology E/M - 590
Sophomore year: Physics - 720
Junior year: Math II - 800
U.S. History - 800

I don't think anywhere I'm applying requires three subject tests and certainly none require four, so theoretically the biology score shouldn't hurt me. But should I try to study up and retake either the physics or biology test? The problem with these is I haven't taken biology since freshman year and I don't enjoy the subject, while the sophomore physics course didn't cover half the material on the subject test.

Also, is there any chance that the upward trend in the scores can actually negate the problem of the lower scores? Basically, I would like to know if I should take any subject test this fall.

its not a problem at all. you said it yourself-you aren't applying to any school that requires 3 subject tests. so your schools will look at your 2 800s and ignore the rest. you can't do better than two 800s...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that a few schools do specifically want a science subject test, so I'll need to submit the math and physics instead of math and history to places like Carnegie Mellon. Just another variable to throw in there...
