Done alot of volunteer work, tutoring, mentoring, etc.etc.etc. involved in a bunch of clubs. I'll probably be getting 2 really good recs from 2 of my teachers.

What are my chances at these schools-
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (is this an engineering school or something?)
Lewis & Clark College
Loyola Marymount University
Pomona College
Pitzer College
Scripps College
Claremont McKenna College
Reed College
U Calif Berkeley
U Calif Los Angeles
U Calif San Diego
U San Diego
U Southern California (my mom, grandma, and uncle all attended, mom used to be active on the board and knows the head of alumni..i have no clue if that helps ..don't really wanna go here anyways)
Whitman College

Narrow your list down. I dont think you are in at Berkeley or Pomona, and UCLA and UCSD are also reaches, but the good news is that you have good chances at all the rest.

good luck on sat

Reed looks like a bit of a reach/low match to me. Your GPA and ACT okay, but your SAT is below the 25%ile of the last matriculated class. Schools like to see club presidents; participation counts little. Reed says about the just-admitted class: "The admitted class has an average SAT score of 1409, ACT of 31, and GPA, including weighted grades, of 4.039. Of students ranked by their high schools, 18 percent are valedictorians, 76 percent are in the top 10 percent of their class, and 91 percent are in the top 20." Applicants should be near the 67%ile point of the last admitted class to be a statistical SAT/ACT/GPA match, but test scores are only "important" to Reed, not "very important" (according to Reed's Common Data Set). But above all else, Reed is a "fit" school, making acceptance hard to predict. Essay is very important; interview and interest shown are important.

Your chances could be a bit better at Lewis & Clark and Pitzer.

kk, could someone give me an estimate for each school?? like for ex. which ones are reaches, matches, etc.etc. thank you :)

mostly matches some high matches

Berkeley and UCLA are reaches...Berkeley more than UCLA.

hey, i can answer this for Scripps since i went through their early admissions last fall and got in.

i'd say it's a match:
.you have really great grades (all A's and B's! nice work!).
.apply early if you really like the school
.make sure you take a challenging course load next year.
.definitely get in touch with the basketball coach if you're interested in playing--she could give you a lift in admissions.
.your test scores are great, i think your ACT is better than your SAT when you compare them. i never improved significantly when retaking the SAT but an improvement on the ACT is always good.
.don't underestimate the power of the admissions essay
.make sure you're involved in a few clubs intensely
