Do I have a better chance at Cornell, BC, or Johns Hopkins?

At this point, I'd like to apply ED to whatever college I have a decent chance of getting into so that I can maximize my opportunities of getting in there. Here are my stats:

Background Information:

From New York
From an above average high school…we’re not that good, but we're alright.
Financial aid is good, but not a major concern.

Academic Information:

GPA: not sure what on a 4.0 scale, but about 96 un-weighted, 99.6 weighted (counselor told me 100.3 recently, so I’m not sure what to go with)

SAT [re-took and waiting on results but here’s the junior year scores]: CR: 700, M: 740, W: 740, T: 2180

No SAT IIs yet and waiting on grades from ACT. Will take SAT II in Chemistry, Math II, and US History in November.

APs Taken With Scores: AP World (5), US History (5), Chemistry (5), Language and Composition (5)

Officer for Spanish League (two leadership positions over past years)
Copy Editor of school newspaper (three other positions as section editor over past years)
Officer in math club (one position)

Volunteer Information:

200+ hours at hospital

Intended Major: Double major in Biology and English

So please list my chances at each of the colleges (Cornell, Boston College, Johns Hopkins) assuming I do RD if you can. Also, what are my chances for BC's Honors College?

Thanks for your insight! =)
