<p>I’d say yes. Especially if you have a hook (athlete? URM?) or you come from a very under performing high school, you definitely have a good chance. </p>

<p>Your stats are much too low but your ECs sound potentially positive. You can certainly give it a shot, although frankly the typical acceptee would have your ECs combined with higher stats.</p>
