I have a decent GPA of a 3.91 weighted and 4.31 weighted.
My SAT is pretty low, 1300, and essay portion is 6.5.6.
I am pretty involved in school. Played tennis for 2 years and is in 2 clubs.
Since my SAT is very low, I was wondering if I still have a change to get to UCI. I know Berkeley is a reach, but i just want to know my chances of getting in.
You’d have to figure out what your capped UC GPA is for 10th and 11th grade. I’ll assume that your unweighted GPA is 3.91. google on “rogerhub UC gpa calculator”. Either way, your GPA is a bit low for Irvine and well below the median for Berkeley. Berkeley is probably not in the cards, UCI might be, depending on the GPA.
Intended major? HS course rigor? SAT subject test scores? EC’s?
