Do I have a chance of getting to these colleges? (international transfer student)

So, I am a student in Egypt who have attended college (The American university in cairo) for three semesters. I will be attending the fourth as well. I am hoping to apply to a university in USA. I am studying Computer Science and by the time I transfer (hopefully) I will have already earned 58 credit hours.

These are my stats:

SAT: 1880
reading: 510
writing: 700
math: 670

School:/u
graduated top of my class
GPA: 3.9

College (more competitive school)
Overall GPA: 3.58
Concentrated GPA: 3.4

Activities:
-Done martial arts for 8 years (won national competitions and have been on the national team. I have also won in a world cup in 2010) I stopped at 2012
-Part of the CIMUN club in college (IT committe)
- Part of the computer science and engineering association (magazine editor)

Budget for college: up to 40k is fine

Matches I have come up with:
university of Massachusetts Amherst
Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago
University of South Florida

Do you think I have a chance in these colleges for the ** computer science program in particular ** ? if so, how much of a chance is it? I doubt I would consider any of them a 'safety' choice, which is why I am concerned I would not get into any of them.

(and yes I had to make the post again since the GPA I wrote was not the right one. Sorry about that)
