Do i have a chance to get in Rutgers Honors Pharmacy program?

Freshman year, was absolutely terrible. I had some personal problems and other things going on so that year my GPA was 2.6 Unweighted and 3.2, with all honor classes. I know this is absolutely terrible, and I have no one to blame but myself.
However, i made a pact to myself to do better and school. From Freshmen year on, i've taken a bunch of AP classes, and brought my GPA to around 3.4 unweighted and 4.0 weighted, which i understand is still extremely low.

On the SAT's i scored a total of 2010
On the SAT 2's for Math, i got a 700 and Chemistry i got a 720

For my extracurriculars, I was in key club, chess club, electronics club, debate team, french club (president), international students organization (treasurer), French Honor Society, and National Honor Society. I also was on the Golf team and did tennis for a year.
I've also volunteered about 100 hours at a library and 100 hours at a local hospital.

What do you guys think? Do i stand a chance? Any advice would be great, Thanks again :D

Frankly, just getting into the pharmacy program might be a reach with a GPA of 3.4 and a 2010 SAT score. Your extracurricular avtivities and your SAT II scores do not matter much, unfortunately. You have to remember that Rutgers is a state school, and so the main factors that decide your admission is your GPA and SAT scores.

Average SAT Scores for students admitted: 2070-2260
Average GPA " " : 3.9-4.3

But to answer your question, I think invitations to Pharmacy Honors program are offered to rising sophomore freshmen students who have demonstrated their academic ability in the School of Pharmacy. It’s not like you enter right into the honors program when you’re first admitted to SOP as a freshman at Rutgers.
