Do I have a chance? (Wharton)

Alright well I move around a lot and I'm trying to use my diversity as a selling point.
I lived in 4 states and moved to London this year where I am going to a challenging American private school (senior year).

Stats in my last school (freshman-junior year):
GPA 3.89 UW 4.9 W Rank: Top 6%
Competitive school and 92+, not 90+, was an A (they'll see on my transcript I never actually had below a 91, not sure if they recalculate or whatever)
3 APs: Chem 5 Psych 5 Eng Lit 3
SAT IIs: Chem 790 MathI 780 MathII 730
SAT Reasoning: M 730 CR 750 W 710

2 years Vars Track
Did paid freelance graphic design work
Had a part-time job during school year

New School:
This Year courses taking AP Econ, AP Calc, AP Physics, Chinese, 3D Studio Art, and English
New school doesnt rank
Penn has heard of this school and it is known to be challenging
Have 2 strong teacher recs from old school and 1 from this school
Started Songwriting Club of which I am Pres
Chinese Club
Stock Trading Club

Other Pts:
I focused my pg217 about the heavy business influence in my life. I include how I've always been selling things and starting little businesses. Later ones include acquiring wholesale contracts and selling paintball equipment in middle school and in high school I started a t-shirt website, designing all the tshirts and marketing the site.

Thanks for any and all input!

EDIT: Oh sorry, also considering applying to M&T program but didn't want to even bother if I have not even a remotely competitive chance. Please let me know your thoughts about this as well

Oh and I'm applying ED

can anybody help me out?

I hope those 4 states aren't Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and California, because they're all overrepresented anyway.

Also, make sure your pg 217 and Why Penn essays complement each other without overlapping. It seems like your pg 217 essay could answer either question, so I hope that it's revealing about your personality while your Why Penn essay is even more specific and doesn't talk about the same businesses you were involved in.

4 States are MD, GA, CA, and NJ, haha so I'm 2 for 4, but I think Londons a nice twist.

My 'Why Penn' is interesting and very penn specific without discussing the stuff from my 217, my 217 is about those businesses and that aspect of myself, and my common app essay is about the heavy influence music has played in my life (I play guitar bass and drums and was guitarist/lead vocals for my band) which I feel shows more about the creative side of my personality.

If anybody (preferably only Penn students) wouldn't mind looking at my essays let me know and I'll PM.

anybody else?
