Do I Have a Chance with a Low GPA?

So, USC is my dream school. Here are my stats. Do I have a chance?

Arab - Female

GPA:
Freshmen Year: 2.63 First Semester /2.8 Second Semester
Sophomore Year: 3.3 First Semester / 3.9UW - 4.0W Second Semester (only one AP offered)
Junior Year: 4.0/ 4.3 W (4 AP’s) Both semesters
Senior Year: 4.0/ 4.3 W (3 AP’s) (Planning on this) Both semesters

As you can see, I have a huge upward trend.

Test Scores:-
SAT: 2200
ACT: 32-33

If you have an amazing essay I think you’ll be fine. By the looks of your extracurriculars and test scores, it balances out the mediocre GPA. You’ll make a great applicant! :slight_smile:

@miamibabe1 Do you think it would be possible to get the International Deans as well? ($12,000 per year) This is what the website says:

Competitive candidates will be at the top of
our applicant pool with respect to SAT scores,
will typically be in the top 10 percent of their
high school classes, and will have extensive
