I’m not aiming for ivy league, but I’m aiming for top 50-20 in national schools. But I’ll send a few out to ivy leagues
So here are my stats, any tips on how to improve and HELPFUL comments are welcome
I’m only 15 in 10th grade, I’m a non-citizen but legal resident from England and I’m African american
GPA: 3.75-3.8
Weighted GPA: 4.185-4.2
PSAT: 1110/1520----(I didn’t study or anything, is this any good?? I got college letters saying it was, from good schools)
Classes: All AP and honors, I’m doing dual enrollment as well next year and all AP
Clubs: Winter track, interact club, reading Olympics, Art club (Just moved to this school will do more next year)
Sports: Track, cross country

Unique things: I just created a club in my high school,( like a community service one not a art club or gamers club )
My dream school right now is Lehigh University, my dream ivy league is UPENN. So let me know where you think I stand and tips to improve or strengthen my transcript are welcome!
It sounds like right now you’re just chasing prestige is that really all that matters going to a top 50 school? If so that’s fine but I’d advise you to think a bit more about your search. Onto your profile: your unweighted GPA looks good obviously depending on which school within the top 50 you apply to it will vary how good it is but overall that’s a solid GPA. As for your test scores I’m not too familiar with the new scoring system but I can assure the letters from schools are just trying to increase the number of kids that apply to their schools. I got those same letters from good schools after my PSAT and at that point my projected score was a 1900 so the letters unfortunately don’t mean anything. According to the conversion chart I saw your PSAT score was around a 1700 on the old 2400 scale which certainly wouldn’t be too competitive for any of the top 50 schools. I recommend you study a lot for the actual test as for the top 50 anything under 1300 will likely hurt you. ECs look brand but solid. Just a note creating a club isn’t unique in fact some colleges will look down on it as there has been a trend lately for kids to start a club to pad their resume (not saying that’s why you did it but that’s just a general trend) so I wouldn’t try to sell that as unique. Overall GPA is good but you need to study hard for the SAT. Best of luck!

@hssenior27 is correct. That PSAT score does not project you to get into top 50 schools. With that Penn, would be impossible. If you don’t score at least a 1400 on the redesigned SAT, don’t try for the Ivy Leagues. That being said, work really really hard, and improve your transcript and test scores especially, and you could get into Lehigh.
