Do I have a fair chance at Stanford?

I'm in 10th grade and exactly two years from now I'll be filling out my application for Stanford (Early Action). I did really bad my second semester last year so as of right now my cumulative GPA is only 3.72. For the first semester this year I'm expecting a 3.88. So I know my grades aren't that great and unfortunately I'm not in any advanced classes. I'm going to be applying to do PSEO next year so that will at least look good, and then I'm going to take as many classes as possible next year. For extracurriculars..I've been playing piano for 9 years, I've been in 4H for 6 years, and I've been in Mock Trial and GSA for 2 years. I'm on my city's Library Board and I'm also on the Teen Advisory Board for the library (First year for both). For piano, I've made it to the 4H state performing arts contest twice. For 4H I've been club secretary, club historian, county ambassador, and a camp counselor. (All 4 for one year each). Those are all as of now, I have 2 more years to keep doing things. As for other big achievements I made it to the National Spelling Bee and I was also in the National Archery Competition. I volunteer with a mental health initiative in my community (first year doing this). I also feel it important to mention this is only my second year in the town I live in. I'm gay which can give me an advantage if they are looking to boost their minority count. I'm really afraid I'm not even close to good enough for Stanford. And if I don't get into Stanford I'll be applying regular decision to UPenn, Brown, Princeton, and Yale for my reach schools. And for safety I'll be applying to UW Madison and PS University Park. What do you guys think? Do I have a fair chance at Stanford?

It is too early to say. You know the overall chance is ~5% and most applicants have great credentials.

Way too early.
I don’t think Freshmen year doesn’t count much in Stanford?

You’re in the first few months of your sophomore year of high school. Quit thinking about college at this point and focus on being the best high schooler you can be.

Your gpa is way to low. No chance at all.
