Have you computed your UC GPA? If not do so. To better understand what the UC GPA is see; http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/counselors/q-and-a/calculating-gpa/
If you’re in the top 9% of your class (based on your UC GPA) then your chances of acceptance at at least one UC are good.
UC’s emphasize GPA, test scores and course rigor. How rigorous is your schedule in comparison to your fellow classmates? What are your test scores, EC’s etc?
You need to calculate your UC GPA using the a-g courses from 10-11th grade. Post your stats and then you can be chanced.

It is hard to say without SAT/ACT and a feel for your ECs. Assuming you are in-state, and score an 1800+ SAT and have a decent EC resume, you’d be a good candidate for UCR, UCSC and UCM.
Tell us more about you for a more precise read.
Good luck
