Do I have a shot at any colleges with low gpa during sophomore? (junior)

Currently Junior.

GPA (sophomore): 3.2 (first semester), 3.8 (second semester). UW.
Chemistry H
Pre-Calculus H
French 3
World Lit
World History

GPA (junior): 4.0 probably both semester UW
Physics honors
ap calc bc
ap computer science
ap french (skipped to)
ap language and composition
regular history

SAT: 2250
Sat subjects: math (800), physics (800), french (800)

Other notes:
eagle scout, varsity tennis

This isn't my comprehensive list, but is the general idea.

Do I even have a chance for computer science/engineering at any top colleges like Texas/Carniege/Berkeley/illinois champaign/washington/georgia/UCSD/UCLA/UCD/Wisconsin?

Is there anything I can improve on like SAT? or maybe what I should do now like over the summer. ?

I'm looking at Texas Austin, hopefully.

My high school GPA was not that great when I first started high school. 3.4 out of 4.0. But, I had gradually improving grades each semester. In the end, I graduated high school with a 3.86 GPA. The important thing is to not down-trend. If you can show improvement (or at least not drop in grade), I think you should be fine.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the bad sophomore year, just keep that GPA on an upward trend for the next two years. Hopefully, Eagle Scout and varsity tennis are not your only EC’ or else you might have trouble getting into Berkeley, CM, and UCLA. You can always try to improve you SAT score, but at 2250 I don’t think you really need to. I think the only ones that are high matches/low reaches are Berkeley, CM , and UCLA.

Chance back?
