Do I have a shot at UC Berkley

I heard they don't look at Freshman Year grades....and lets just say that makes my GPA a HELL of a lot better lol. I just finished sophomore year, so here it is:

First semester GPA: 3.77
Second semester GPA: 3.71

I have yet to take the ACT or SAT Subject Tests, but practice exams are promising. What are my chances if I keep up the good work?

You’re prob not going to get many takers because you are asking us to chance you on two semesters of sophomore GPA and a nebulous statement of “good” SAT scores.

Get the highest scores and the highest GPA you can then come back at the end of your junior year and we can better evaluate you :).

It is hypothetical. Chill out. :)

Are you from California? Is that your UC GPA?

What classes are you taking as a junior? Do you have EC’s? All that matters a LOT. Here is Cal’s admitted student profile.

Note the # of A-G courses completed.

Check “doorways”
