Do I have an absurd amount of credits?

<p>Okay so I am thinking about going to SMC. I have worked my but off in high school, and now have a boat load of credits, but I think I am adding it up incorrectly
AP US-8
Ap Calc BC-8
Ap spanish-8
Ap english-8
Ap econ-8
ap art history-8</p>

physics 2A-5
bio 1A-5</p>

is this right, doesn't that mean I only have to do 38 units at SMC

<p>Depends if SMC will take them all in for credit towards your graduation.</p>

<p>I have 175 quarter units, and 20 more before I graduate. Mine's absurd as I'm only graduating from CC.</p>

<p>I don't know how ap credit work.
but if you compare them to similar type of cc class, most of those credit would be 3 units, spanish and calc 5 units. add it up that way and it seems more like a few semesters of credit.</p>
