Do I have any chance at all?

I want to transfer to U of M from Michigan State University for the Winter 2013 semester, with Fall 2012 marking the beginning of my sophomore year. So far I have taken 30 credits with 16 more pending for that semester, and currently have a 3.58 GPA. In high school I had a 3.33 GPA with a 27 ACT. I'll be at the Honors College at MSU next year and have volunteered research at Field Neurosciences Institute at St. Mary's hospital, along with National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Right now I'm pre-medicine, and will likely major in biochemistry next year. So far I have taken calc I, calc II, general and general/inorganic chemistry, chemistry lab, psychology, nutrition and various other required courses (WRA and ISS). All of these courses transfer except for nutrition, which is 3 credits.

What do you think my chances are at being admitted for transfer? I intend to apply this August for Winter 2013 and would like to know if anyone thinks I have a decent shot. I was told in an e-mail from a transfer admissions coordinator at UM that generally the most successful transfer students have between a 3.5-3.8 with multiple transferable semesters, so I would guess that my chances aren't too bad. But please feel free to correct me if either of us are wrong. Thanks.

EDIT: I must add, since that 3 credit nutrition class won't transfer my GPA based SOLELY on the classes that do transfer will be a 3.64, based on 27 credits and 16 pending. I assure that all my other classes that I have taken and plan on taking will transfer, according to the database at umich.edu.
