If it matters, my school only offers about 10~12 AP classes and I have taken 5.

Extracurriculars:
-about 100 hours of community service at a local resouce center for children and seniors
-president of a club at school
-member of a vietnamese youth committee that promotes community service and spreads culture
-member of national honor society and california federal scholarship at school
-i've been in avid for 4 years (advancement via individual determination)
-member of EAOP (early academic outreach program)

As you can see, I didn't care much about school until my junior/senior year where I tried to take as many AP courses as I can. I really want to get into UCLA but my stats are under compared to the average stats of admitted applicants. If I write an "okay" personal statement along with my stats, do I have a shot at UCLA? As I type this, I'm trying my best to write a good personal statement.

Also, if UCLA is no shot, what about other UC's like Davis, Irvine, San Diego, or Santa Barbara? Thank you very much for chancing me.
