Do I have any chance of getting into these schools?

The colleges I am most interested in are:
Harvey Mudd (will apply Early Decision II)
UC Berkeley (out-of-state)
Carnegie Mellon
Bowdoin
University of Chicago
North Carolina- Chapel Hill (out-of-state)
University of Virginia (out-of-state)

Don't worry, I have safety schools too. These are just my TOP choices, roughly ordered by my desire to go there i.e. Harvey Mudd is my top choice.

I will be applying as a chemistry major (probably B.S.), if required to declare.

Here are my numbers:
GPA: 3.4, unweighted.
Class Rank: N/A (We do not rank)
SAT: 2020 Overall; 640 CR, 750 M, 630 W (Re-took it yesterday, expecting/hoping to go up in at least one category).
SAT Subject Tests: Chemistry- 800; Math Level II- 720 (Planning to re-take Math Level II in January, should go up to 770+)

Extra-curricular involvement:
Founder of school's environmental action team (2 years, 8 hrs/wk, 42 wks/yr)
Student-instructor on overnight wilderness trips (2 years, 36 hrs/wk, 8 wks/yr)
Teaching assistant in chemistry (1 year, 8 hrs/wk, 40 wks/yr)
Private tutoring in math and science (1 year, 4 hrs/wk, 40 wks/yr)
JV Cross Country (2 seasons)
Mixed Division Ultimate Frisbee (2 seasons) State champions last year!

Explanation of my academic situation and my three no-so-self-explanatory extra-curricular activities:
During my freshman and sophomore year, I struggled to succeed academically. My GPA was approximately a 2.6, unweighted. However, my junior and senior year have been much more successful. I have been able to bring my cumulative GPA up to a 3.4, averaging about a 3.75 over the past two years. My school does not offer AP or IB classes, but as an alternative, I have been able to take Calculus, General Chemistry 1 and General Chemistry 2 at the University of Colorado at Boulder, totaling 15 credit hours. My GPA from these classes at CU is a 3.813.

I am really proud of my extra-curricular involvement, namely the environmental action team I founded two years ago. I have led this group to accomplish some impressive feats, like applying for, and receiving a total of about $40,000 from various different grants to help make our school more sustainable. (I won't turn this into a list of achievements, but we have been able to accomplish a ton of really cool things, which has led to me receiving multiple recognitions and awards at the city and school district level).
For the past two years I have been a student-instructor on overnight wilderness trips, where I help teach primitive outdoor survival and environmental responsibility.
At the beginning of this school year, the chemistry teacher at my high school asked me to help out in the chemistry classroom because of my (relatively speaking) advanced knowledge of chemistry. Since then, I have spent about 8 hours a week helping teach chemistry at my school.

Sorry this is so long! Let me know if there is any other information I can provide. Thank you for your time and opinion.

Your resume is very impressive except for your GPA. Your choices are top universities and most students who go to these schools have similar applications with a higher gpa. I would say UNC and UVA are possible. Your test scores are impressive enough with your improvement that the other schools might consider you but I feel like your gpa will limit you with the others. These are all great schools and if you get in too any of them you have done well.
