Do I have any chance?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I'm new here.

I'm a junior in high school, and my cumulative gpa is 3.4 right now. But if I get a 4.0 this year and next year, I can bring it up to a 3.7. I've taken every advanced and AP class that I can, and I'm taking about 6 APs next year.

I got a 32 on the PLAN, and I haven't got my psat scores back yet.

My ECs are okay, I'm in a few clubs and I have some leadership positions and volunteering.

So do I have any chance here? I know my gpa is low, and I can only get it up to a 3.7 if I get a 4.0 all of this year and next year, which will be hard. Thanks in advance!

They only see your gpa after junior year so your acceptance wouldn’t be affected by senior grades as an FYI. I think it’s pretty much impossible to say as you haven’t taken a standardized test, your EC list is vague, and your gpa is tbd.

Your best source of ‘chancing’ information is the Common Data Set for a given school. Google it and then go to Section C to compare your stats to those of the admitted students. Check selectivity and the weight giving to various factors in the admission decision by looking at the other sections.

And without the tests and final GPA, you haven’t provided enough info for anyone to do justice to ‘chancing’ you.
