I'm an under a visa in which one of my parents is an international student. My mother told me to take the TOEFL test and i took it over the summer. She said that I'll have to report these scores because I'm not a U.S - born citizen and have no green card. However, I came here when i was in 4th grade and spoke English since then.

I am fluent in English but not my originally language, korean.

It depends on each school but usually, if you’ve attended and will graduate from a US HS, then TOEFL is not needed. But you should confirm this with each school you’re targeting – not hoping for knowledgeable guesses from this post. Check and make sure for yourself.
