<p>Hi! I'm interested in Upenn and I was looking at the Penn admissions FAQ page for international students (cuz I am one) and it says: "Applicants whose families do not speak English at home, or applicants who have not attended a high school or secondary school where the primary language of instruction is English are asked to take the TOEFL."</p>
<p>I've been going to an american school ever since 2nd grade and so i use english quite a lot (like at schl + with my friends and all) so I was wondering, do I still have to take toefl? by the time i graduate, ill have attended an american schl for 11 yrs... on the Penn Admissions Required Tests page, it says "all students whose native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) administered by the College Entrance Examination Board"
Thanks in advance! :)</p>
