<p>Im applying to USC and on the app, it says for me to report all my scores, but I heard we dont have to. </p>
<p>I called them and they said ''well we only look at the highest score''</p>
<p>I have taken the SAT twice and the ACT twice, and I only want to send in my highest ACT score which was a 31.
My highest SAT was a 1980 with a low crit reading score (560)</p>

<p>I’d send them all based on the info they have published and given over the phone.</p>
<p>Go ahead and send in your ACT score. But when they say “they look at the highest score” for SATs, they mean they take the highest score from each section (math, writing, critical reading) and add that up to make your score.</p>

<p>When they ask for all your scores, to me it means they prefer you do not use score choice when submitting SAT scores. If you are not submitting SAT subject tests, you can just send your ACT - and no SATs at all. If you ARE submitting SAT subject tests, I would follow their instructions and send all SAT scores with the subject tests.</p>

<p>You can pick to send either the ACT or the SAT. One of the other, or you can send both. As long as you do what is required. From what I know, USC doesn’t require SAT subject tests. So I’m pretty sure you can just send in your SAT without SAT subject tests (if you took them). But if you did well on subject tests, if doesn’t hurt to send them in.</p>
