do i need to send local college transcripts?

I took two classes at local college over the summer so I want to send these
to colleges.. there are two different options and i'm so confusing because
one was from my hs counselor and another one was from my private college counselor.

since I took English class that wasn't considered as proper english class (if you know what i mean.. like UC doesn't accept it as their english credit) I had to take this classsss
so does it mean that I can just send this transcript to UC just to prove that I took it, which is considered equivalent to the English taken at HS, ACCORDING to my HS counselor.
She suggested me to send transcripts to ALL colleges including private schools..

On the other hand, my college counselor said that I could just right the info in common app or uc app (I haven't looked at UC app so I'm not exactly sure if there's space to put this thing in). However, I couldn't find the space to put this info in COMMON APP. Also, what she said was that the info I put on common app( which I can't find as I said before) will be considered as truth just for now and this college I decided to go after I get accepted will ask for this transcipt by July. So what she's basically saying is that I can just send my transcipt to this ONE college and I don't have to worry about it until I get accepted.

I am SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!

Please help me. Thank you in advance!!

You have to send the transcripts.

Any coursework that you have taken at any accredited college or university has to be reported to any other accredited college or university that you apply to. It doesn't matter if the credits will transfer or not. That is a completely different issue.

And, yes, you will have to send these transcripts to every place you ever apply to for the rest of your life, so please don't lose the contact information for the transcript office at that local college!

On the CA under Academics there is a section titled Colleges & Universities where you will list any college courses you took. In that section it states: "Please have an official transcript sent from each institution as soon as possible". College grades are NOT like AP tests where you just self-report on your application and send in the official report once you've matriculated, the college transcript is a required part of your application.

Your HS GC is more on the ball than your paid counselor on this point.

omg I just found out I spelled write wrong.. how funny
okay thanks momS!!! I love my HS counselor :)
