I’ve been to 2 colleges and I’m just a sophomore is it a good idea to transfer to USC? would the admissions committee not accept me because of my instability at being committed to a college so far i mean have the grades (3.86) and e.c’s. Also a question apart from admissions is would my job opportunities by hindered since i went to 3 colleges if i get in and go to USC and I might consider attending law school after i get my degree so would going to 3 colleges hinder my chances of being accepted to a Good Law School ?
sorry for the grammatical errors this thread was typed super fast and not revised i just would like a quick answer
If you can demonstrate that you really want to attend USC and have a solid application package, going to two colleges shouldn’t hinder acceptance or getting into a law school later. People have all kinds of reasons for attending multiple schools - financial, personal, whatever - you just need to effectively show you are committed to this one this time. With the cost of USC, you should ask yourself if you are sure…at some point you will start losing ground (and need more time to graduate) with some transferring credits not actually transferring.
A diploma is a diploma; as long as you graduate with a good GPA, law schools won’t care.
USC runs at $70K per year. Plus, the forecast for future jobs, in law, isn’t positive.
Law schools are really expensive, can you fund undergrad and law school comfortably?
