Do pharmacy school units accept concurrently enrolled units?

Hey everyone, I was recently accepted to UCLA from a california CC and plan to go there fall 2017. However I have a few questions regarding pharm schools that I can’t really find the answers to through google so I hope someone here has experience.

I plan to take calc1 over the summer. In the fall, I’m planning to take the last chem class in my sequence at my CC while concurrently enrolled at UCLA. I know that UCLA won’t accept the chem class because of the non dual-enrollment clause, but does that impact pharmacy school at all? Generally, do pharm schools accept dual-enrolled units? I plan to finish the rest of prereqs at UCLA so those shouldn’t be a problem, I’m worried that calc2 and ochem2 won’t be transferrable to pharm school. I’m just really stressed over the transfer process so I really appreciate any and all info. Thank you so much!

What pharmacy schools are you looking at? You should ask them.

But why wouldn’t you take the chem class at UCLA?

Isn’t it difficult to do classes at two different schools at once? Especially as a full time student?

My D had Ochem lecture twice a week and several hours of lab.
