Do private colleges look at Unweighted & Weighted GPA's?

I’m wondering if private colleges look at unweighted & weighted GPA’s and what other things they consider besides GPA, Test Scores, and EC’s

They look at both since there is no standard in regards to weighting at most HS, the unweighted is important. Taking a rigorous HS schedule helps along with teacher recommendations and essays.
