do the colleges care what class im going to take in my senior year?

im going to be a junior and im going to take some challenging classes in next year, however, still not challenging enough becuz i cant take more than 2 AP classes in my junior year in my school. but i can take as many ap class as i want in my senior year. (im going to take all AP class ) therefore,i want to know if the colleges will look at what class that i will take in my senior year.(the class that i have took in my freshman year and sophomore year are all regular, except for 2 honors in sophomore year)

They will definitely look at what classes you take senior year.

I believe most applications ask you to list what classes you are planning to take for the entire year, so yes, they'll probably care what you're taking. They may not see the grades, but I think they just want to make sure you're not slacking off in the end.

If you can only take 2, it's more than challenging enough - the schools you apply to will know this.
