Do they post denied admissions early?

Hey guys i was wondering...do they post denied admissions towards the end of the month or do they post them early?? thanks...

I just got rejected today =... should try and call and see why??
I got rejected with a:

3.5 GPA
1600 SAT

and I've taken numerous honors courses and a few AP classes.

This was my number one college i really wanted to go to. =</p>

o noo...if you didn't get in...then i probably won't get in too!

yea...you should call and find out why

I Got Rejected!!! :(

It seems very strange that you were rejected. It is possible that there was a clerical error, or perhaps your transcript never got posted. Regardless, you should call.

I was rejected today.

Oh god, people are getting rejected already =////

Have they posted the rejections online?

i talked to the admissions lady and she said that the lowest index score they accepted was a 898 i believe.

898, what in the hell...

898's the index score for ACT

and SAT was like .....somewhere around 3690?? i think...i wasnt really paying attention

Damn, if thats true, I'm screwed

Im like 20 points below 3690 =///

i went online yesterday and it said i was denied admission. oh well i dont really care anymore anyways. i got in somewhere

SDSU is a real anomaly. I can't think of any school with this so - so an academic reputation (4th tier says US News) that is so hard to get into. But with 37,000 applicants the bar is raised way high.

I don't think their business program is so-so. In fact, I hear it's quite good along with many of their other programs. True, it's a party school; however, if you steer clear of the drinking and partying, I believe you can get a great education there. :)

I got rejected too. :-(
My counselor had told me that was one of my safety schools. Now I am very worried. The only acceptance I received was from San Francisco State.

There were over 57,000 apps this year.

^^
Holy crap, but not too surprising. I guess everyone just wants to live in San Diego!

Yup, San Diego is definitely the lure.. even though the school is in a crappy part of town (compared to UCSD & USD). Put the school is Riverside and they'd get a third of the applications they get now.

i cant believe some of you people got denied..i got a 1490 on my SAT and my GPA is a 3.54.wow...i dont understand..

how ghetto is the area around sdsu?
